As with any online purchase, certain terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By enrolling in any program offered by With-EMA, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.

With-EMA's policy on payments, course modifications, and refunds is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for all participants. Once a purchase is made, payments are generally considered final, except under limited and clearly defined circumstances outlined below.

General Refund Policy

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

  • All purchases made on With-EMA are final and non-transferable.
  • No refunds or transfers will be allowed under normal circumstances.

No Refunds After Purchase

  • Payments made for any course, cohort, workshop, or program are final.
  • Modifications, cancellations, or refunds are not typically accepted after payment confirmation.

Course Postponement or Cancellation

  • With-EMA reserves the right to postpone, modify, or restructure any course, cohort, or program.
  • If With-EMA cancels the entire course, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • If the course is rescheduled or modified, no refund will be provided.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a course, session, or cohort—partially or fully—does not make you eligible for a refund or credit.

No Obligation for Refunds

With-EMA is under no obligation to issue refunds for:

  • Schedule changes
  • Course modifications
  • Extensions
  • Your inability or failure to attend

Policy Revisions

  • In exceptional cases, With-EMA may review or grant refunds at its sole discretion.
  • With-EMA reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.

Scenario-Based Refunds

Scenario 1: No Refund (Standard Policy)

  • Once payment is completed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained.
  • By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
  • Course postponement or rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

Scenario 2: Refund Available in Exceptional Cases

Course Cancellation by With-EMA

  • If With-EMA cancels the entire program, a 100% refund of the course fee will be issued.
  • This does not apply to rescheduled or modified programs.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of a verified duplicate payment for the same program, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method after receiving your request.

Refund Deductions

If a refund request is approved, With-EMA reserves the right to deduct the following administrative and operational costs from the refundable amount:

Processing Fees

A non-refundable processing fee of up to 10% of the total payment value to cover payment gateway and transaction charges.

Operational Costs

Up to 10% of the total payment value to cover administrative and operational expenses incurred during enrollment.

Cancellation Penalties

A cancellation penalty may be applied based on:

  • Stage of the course
  • Resources allocated
  • Services already rendered

The penalty amount will be communicated at the time of refund processing.

Deductions for Services or Benefits Availed

If any services, products, features, or benefits were accessed before the refund request, With-EMA may deduct the fair market value of such usage.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Course content access
  • Tools or platforms
  • Resources, recordings, or materials
  • Any other program benefits

The final refund amount, after all applicable deductions, will be determined at With-EMA's sole discretion.

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge and accept that these deductions may significantly reduce the final amount refunded.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
